Upon registration/purchase of ticket and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the participant/customer declares to be aware and authorize the capture (by different means) of image and sound of his/her person during the entire period of the event/seminar.
In case the participant/customer does not authorize it, he/she must put this consideration in writing and address it (via e-mail: info@sportsperformanceseminar.com or give it to the organization).



Data Retention Period and Data Subject Rights:

User/customer data is only kept for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is intended.

The user/customer may at any time request to change or withdraw his/her consent with effect for the future.
Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition to data treatment must be communicated by email to info@sportsperformanceseminar.com with the subject remove subscription.

You should be aware that in certain cases (for example, due to legal requirements) your request may not be granted immediately. In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken to do so within 15 days of the request being made.
